WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We typically ship within 1-2 business days after we receive an order. All domestic and international orders ship from our warehouse in Seattle, Washington.
Most orders begin shipping as soon as your online purchase is completed. Items are shipped once they are located in stock, your payment is approved and the receiving address is verified. For example, if you order an item on Monday that leaves our warehouse in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States), it will leave our warehouse no later than Wednesday. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method and the location of your shipping address.
We will notify you by email within 48 hours of receipt of your order if there will be a delay.
AVAILABLE TO SHIP TIME
GRAYL works hard to ship every order as quickly as possible. The ‘Available to Ship' time is an estimate of when a product with low inventory availability is forecasted to leave our warehouse. Occasionally, when we confirm ship and delivery times, we then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify by email with the updated ship and delivery times.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Check your email. You will receive emails regarding the status of your order at the address you entered during checkout. Tracking information is typically emailed within 24 hours after orders ship.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
We offer FLAT RATE shipping of $5.00 per order (for USA orders only*) via USPS Priority. USPS Priority delivers in 3-5 Business Days based on package destination. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

USPS Priority Express (for USA orders only) is available and delivers in 2-3 Business Days based on package destination. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
GRAYL strives to ship quickly and affordably to customers all over the world. We partner with local carriers - often the national postal service - to deliver to your door. International orders typically take 2-3 weeks to deliver.
Please be aware, your home country may charge additional import duties or taxes (VAT, GST, etc). These taxes can add 25% or more to the price of your order, and is collected in your home country. GRAYL has no control over these duties and taxes.

* International orders shipped via Parcel Connect typically take 2-3 weeks to deliver
- We ship via USPS Priority and Express to P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses.
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
- Due to demand for certain products we cannot guarantee every product's availability for immediate shipment. GRAYL ships orders in full, but upon special request GRAYL can sometimes fulfill partial shipments.
- We are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time.
- All domestic and international orders ship from our warehouse in Seattle, Washington.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event of a return or if a package isn't deliverable by a carrier - only the cost of the merchandise is eligible for a refund.
IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES, FEES, & DOCUMENTATION
Customers with shipping addresses outside of the U.S. are solely responsible for all import duties, taxes and brokerage fees as required by customs of the importing country. These are not included in the shipping and handling cost. Customs, duties, taxes and fees vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for more info. All import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment, then the following will not be refunded: cost of original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and/or any charges for return shipping.
